A PASSION FOR WHISKY
10 years ago Mark boldly told his family and friends that he wanted to be able to drink his own 20 year old single malt by the time he turned 70. Once the idea had been set free, there was work to be done.
Five years on, with over 200,000 litres ageing in over 700 barrels, we are well on our way to making some of the most delicious whisky imaginable.

After 10 years of research, Mark narrowed down the type and style of spirit he wanted to make. It had to be a single malt whisky with a flavour driven by the soil the barley was grown in. A whisky that is true to the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, that represents each of the four seasons.
